Ingredients
  

  • 500 g radishes trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for drizzling
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the radishes with olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until well coated.
  3. Place the radishes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the radishes are golden and crispy.
  5. Remove from the air fryer and serve warm.

Notes

Tip: For an extra zing, add a squeeze of lemon juice just before serving.
