  • 400 g pumpkin seeds washed and dried
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder

  1. In a bowl, combine the pumpkin seeds, olive oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder. Stir well to coat the seeds evenly.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 160°C (320°F).
  3. Spread the seasoned pumpkin seeds in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even roasting.
  5. Once golden brown and crispy, remove the seeds and let them cool before enjoying.
