- Preheat the Air Fryer to 200°C.
- In a bowl, combine the salmon bites with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon zest.
- Place the salmon bites in the Air Fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- Once cooked, remove from the basket and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce!
