Ingredients
  

  • 500 g salmon fillet skinless
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 taco shells soft or hard
  • 100 g cabbage shredded
  • 1 lime for garnish
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
  2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the salmon fillet with the spice mixture evenly.
  4. Place the salmon in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Once cooked, remove the salmon and let it cool for a minute. Then, flake it with a fork.
  6. Assemble the tacos by placing the flaked salmon in taco shells, topped with shredded cabbage and a squeeze of lime.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Tip: For an extra kick, add some salsa or hot sauce on top!
