Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the salmon fillet with the spice mixture evenly.
- Place the salmon in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Once cooked, remove the salmon and let it cool for a minute. Then, flake it with a fork.
- Assemble the tacos by placing the flaked salmon in taco shells, topped with shredded cabbage and a squeeze of lime.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!

Tip: For an extra kick, add some salsa or hot sauce on top!
