- Preheat your air fryer to 200°C.
- In a bowl, mix the scallops with olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
- Place the scallops in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
