  • 500 g scallops cleaned and patted dry
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp parsley fresh, chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 200°C.
  2. In a bowl, mix the scallops with olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
  3. Place the scallops in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for 6-8 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Tip: Be careful not to overcrowd the basket for perfectly crispy scallops!
