- Preheat the Air Fryer to 200°C.
- In a bowl, combine the shrimp, bell pepper, onion, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until well coated.
- Place the mixture in the Air Fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Warm the tortillas in the Air Fryer for the last 2 minutes with the shrimp fajita mixture.
- Serve with sour cream and shredded cheese, and enjoy!

Tip: Add some lime juice for a fresh kick!
