Ingredients
  

  • 500 g shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 medium bell pepper sliced
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1 cup sour cream for serving
  • 1 cup shredded cheese for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 200°C.
  2. In a bowl, combine the shrimp, bell pepper, onion, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until well coated.
  3. Place the mixture in the Air Fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  4. Warm the tortillas in the Air Fryer for the last 2 minutes with the shrimp fajita mixture.
  5. Serve with sour cream and shredded cheese, and enjoy!
