- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, black beans, corn, cheddar cheese, cumin, and chili powder. Mix well.
- Place a tortilla on a flat surface, spoon about 1/4 cup of the chicken mixture onto one side, and roll tightly, tucking in the ends.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling. Brush the outside of each egg roll with olive oil.
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
- Place the egg rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

Tip: Serve with your favorite dipping sauce for an extra kick!
