Ingredients
  

  • 500 g shredded chicken cooked
  • 100 g black beans drained and rinsed
  • 100 g corn frozen or canned
  • 100 g cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for brushing
  • 8 flour tortillas large

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, black beans, corn, cheddar cheese, cumin, and chili powder. Mix well.
  2. Place a tortilla on a flat surface, spoon about 1/4 cup of the chicken mixture onto one side, and roll tightly, tucking in the ends.
  3. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling. Brush the outside of each egg roll with olive oil.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
  5. Place the egg rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

Tip: Serve with your favorite dipping sauce for an extra kick!
