  • 1 medium spaghetti squash halved and seeds removed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for drizzling
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Brush the cut sides of the spaghetti squash with olive oil, and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Place the squash halves in the air fryer basket, cut side down, and cook for 18-20 minutes until tender.
  4. Once done, remove from the air fryer, let cool slightly, then scrape the flesh with a fork to create spaghetti-like strands.
  5. Serve with your favorite sauce or toppings!
