Ingredients
  

  • 500 g steak cut into cubes
  • 1 bell pepper cut into squares
  • 1 red onion cut into squares
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 skewers wooden or metal

Method
 

  1. Preheat the Air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the steak cubes, bell pepper, red onion, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Thread the steak and vegetables onto skewers, alternating between meat and veggies.
  4. Place the skewers in the Air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through.
  5. Remove from the Air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Tip: For extra flavor, marinate the steak in the seasoning for an hour before cooking!
