Ingredients
  

  • 4 ears corn on the cob husked and cleaned
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for brushing
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder optional
  • 1 cup cotija cheese crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
  2. Brush the corn with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and chili powder (if using).
