Ingredients
  

  • 4 bell peppers halved and seeds removed
  • 300 g ground turkey or chicken
  • 200 g cooked rice
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 can diced tomatoes drained
  • 100 g shredded cheese for topping
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
  2. In a bowl, mix the ground turkey, cooked rice, Italian seasoning, diced tomatoes, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stuff the bell pepper halves with the mixture and place them in the air fryer basket.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil over the stuffed peppers.
  5. Cook for 15-20 minutes, until the peppers are tender.
  6. In the last 5 minutes, sprinkle cheese on top and cook until melted.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Tip: You can add some chopped onions and garlic to the turkey mixture for extra flavor!
