Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
- In a bowl, mix the ground turkey, cooked rice, Italian seasoning, diced tomatoes, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the bell pepper halves with the mixture and place them in the air fryer basket.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the stuffed peppers.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, until the peppers are tender.
- In the last 5 minutes, sprinkle cheese on top and cook until melted.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Tip: You can add some chopped onions and garlic to the turkey mixture for extra flavor!
