Air Fryer Taco Egg Rolls

These Air Fryer Taco Egg Rolls are a fun and delicious twist on traditional tacos that your whole family will love! They're crispy on the outside and packed with flavorful fillings.

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g ground beef or turkey
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp taco seasoning
  • 8 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or Mexican blend
  • 1 cup black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 egg beaten, for sealing
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for brushing

Method
 

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with the onion and garlic until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Add taco seasoning, salt, and pepper to the meat mixture. Stir in black beans and half of the cheese, cooking until heated through.
  3. Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Add a few tablespoons of the meat mixture and sprinkle with cheese. Roll tightly, sealing the edges with beaten egg.
  4. Brush the outside of the egg rolls with olive oil and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Air fry at 180°C for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crispy.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Tip: For an extra kick, add some chopped jalapeños to the filling!
