Ingredients
  

  • 500 g chicken cut into pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 taco shells soft or hard
  • 200 g cheddar cheese shredded
  • 100 g lettuce chopped
  • 100 g tomato diced
  • 100 g sour cream

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
  2. In a bowl, mix the chicken pieces with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder until well coated.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  4. While the chicken is cooking, prepare the taco shells by warming them slightly in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Once the chicken is cooked, fill each taco shell with chicken, top with cheese, lettuce, tomato, and a dollop of sour cream.

Tip: You can spice it up with your favorite toppings like jalapeños or avocado!
