Method
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 180 °C.
- In a bowl, mix the diced chicken, olive oil, salsa, and half of the shredded cheese.
- Place a small amount of the chicken mixture into each tortilla and roll tightly.
- Arrange the taquitos in the Air Fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd.
- Cook for 10 minutes, then flip them over and cook for another 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the Air Fryer and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
- Serve warm with avocado slices and lime wedges.
Notes
Tip: Add a pinch of smoked paprika for a stronger flavor.
