- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture all over the turkey legs, making sure they are well coated.
- Place the turkey legs in the air fryer basket, and cook for 20 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Check the internal temperature to ensure it has reached 74°C before serving.
