- Preheat the Air Fryer to 180 °C.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Rub the mixture all over the chicken, ensuring it's well coated.
- Place the chicken in the Air Fryer basket, breast side down, and cook for 20 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, flip the chicken to cook breast side up for the remaining time.
- Check for doneness with a meat thermometer, ensuring it reaches 75 °C in the thickest part.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before carving.

Tip: For an extra crispy skin, air fry for an additional 5 minutes at a higher temperature!
