Ingredients
  

  • 200 g wonton wrappers
  • 250 g ground chicken
  • 1 medium carrot finely chopped
  • 2 stalks green onions sliced
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for spraying

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix together the ground chicken, finely chopped carrot, green onions, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt until well combined.
  2. Take a wonton wrapper, place a spoonful of the filling in the center, and fold it to create a triangle, sealing the edges with a little water.
  3. Repeat the process until all filling is used.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
  5. Place the wonton poppers in the air fryer basket in a single layer, spray lightly with olive oil, and cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Flip the poppers, spray again with olive oil, and cook for another 10 minutes until golden brown.

Tip: Serve these poppers with your favorite dipping sauce for an extra burst of flavor!
